Compatibility and Size
Designed for Grado headphones featuring 40 mm driver membranes, these gimbals have an inner diameter of ~61 mm (~2.4 in), providing a perfect fit for cups with an outer diameter of approximately 55 mm (~2.16 in).

- Reinforced Carbon Composite Structure: Made from a lightweight yet extremely tough carbon-polyester composite (3D printed), offering a superb strength-to-weight ratio and excellent vibration damping.
- 180° Rotation Limiter: The new design prevents the cups from twisting endlessly, the rotation is limited to 180 degrees improving the comfort of use greatly — no more tangled cables or awkward handling.
- Square Brass Rods & Sliding Sleeves: The rotation limit is achieved through square brass rods paired with Teflon-polyester (PETG-PTFE) composite sleeves, ensuring smooth, controlled movement and long-term wear resistance.
- Color-Coded Sides: Red and blue inserts on the sleeves let you instantly distinguish right from left side of your headphones.
- Precise Cup Fit: Secure yet adjustable, providing perfect alignment and comfort during use.
- Easy Mounting: The design allows simple cup installation and includes tapering sleeves for perfect fitting with Grado cups.

Since Nyczaj is a one man operation, my shipping policy is slightly different to regular online stores. I perform a lot of work on our products after the order is placed – I either make them to order completely from scratch, assemble them, finish them off or quality test them. Because of that it can take us up to 2-3 weeks after the order is placed to ship it.
In addition to registered mail shipping I also offer express shipping to most of the countries. If you live outside Europe, I recommend choosing express shipping as it is much faster and more reliable than mail.
If express shipping is not available to your country, I can arrange an express shipping via courier service on demand, such service will be priced individually – if you’re interested in this, please contact me before placing an order at info@nyczaj.audio or via the contact form at the bottom of nyczaj.audio website.
Nyczaj won’t consider any parcels lost until it is officially confirmed either by Poczta Polska or a postal service in the destination country, and thus won’t resend or refund any orders before that.
