Introducing Nyczaj Earpads, the result of five years of dedicated development and countless experiments, designed to elevate your Grado listening experience. These earpads, made from open cell memory foam and covered with acoustically transparent fabric, are not just comfortable but also enrich the signature Grado house sound.
Optimized Acoustics and Comfort:
- Sound Profile: Carefully engineered to offer a hybrid the Grado L-cush and G-cush sound, these earpads feature a slight enhancement in the lows (between 1 and 2 dB from around 80 Hz to around 250 Hz) and a balanced dip in the mids (between 3 and 4 dB from around 2 kHz to around 3.5 kHz), maintaining the renowned Grado sound signature while adding richness and depth.
- Blend of Performance and Superior Comfort: The use of thick open cell PU memory foam and larger dimensions than standard L-cush pads allows these earpads to rest more on the head than the ears, significantly improving comfort. Delicate, acoustically transparent fabric doesn't block airflow, offering a very natural sound, significantly more crisp and clear compared to the other fabric and leather earpads available on the market.

Stunning revelation for my pair of RS1e... The sound signature is still as present as ever, but i am now free to push the Grados beyond, without the harsh and often times punishing mids. This are worth every penny and they're never living the headphone again.
They are so comfortable. When I first received them I put them on I listened to every kind of of music I could think of for several hours. Everything sounded wonderful. Extremely versatile and a great combination with the sr325e. I've been using them every chance I get.
I use headphones Grado sr225e. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I tried all Grado pads: L (original, very uncomfortable), F (new series x, didn't like the sound and only a little more comfortable than L), S (comfortable, but sounds muffled) and G (good comfort, but sounds too strange.). I can say with confidence that these cushions are the best, very comfortable and I like the sound of the headphones even more now.
Thank you very much, Przemyslaw for his work and inspiration. It seemed to me that I now have different (better) headphones. Comfort is the first thing that strikes you. But the main thing is the sound. He became even closer, more intimate and focused. I don't think I lost anything at all by replacing the L-cush with these ear cushions. I also liked that the material (textile) used in this product will be easy to clean or even wash. For me, as a cleaner, this is very important.
I like the sound of my sr225x with the stock F pads over the whole Prestige Series, so I had some concerns about the pads, bcs the last thing I want is to change the sound signature too much. But obviously you can not change the pads on the Grado headphones and no change the sound signature. And what I liked most is how gently this pads changes the sound - very slightly, and they don't make it worse, just slightly different - with massive comfort improvement.
